Hotelli on varmaan joskus ollut hieno. Kuitenkin korjausten ja modernisointien teko on pysähtynyt jonnekin 1950–luvulle. Hotelli tuokin mieleen 1940- ja 50-lukujen vanhat italialaiset elokuvat. Huoneessa ei toimi mikään, ainakaan kuten pitäisi. Ainoa hyvä asia olivat sängyn peitot, jotka olivat lämpimät, mutta eivät hiostavat, Ilmastointi ja puhelin eivät toimineet, telkkaria en viitsinyt edes yrittää. Kph oli ahdas ja myös osittain viallinen. Wi-Fi ja jopa puhelin pätki. Ainoa hyvä asia oli respan toiminta ja sijainti.

Hyvä palatsihotelli aivan keskustassa.
Mukava hotelli vanhassa palatsissa, hyvällä paikalla aivan keskustassa, Guattro Cantin vieressä. Hyvä aamiainen.

hyvä hotelli turistin kannalta erinomaisella paikalla
Kaikki tärkeimmät nähtävyydet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, mikä onkin hyvä juttu, koska Palermossa ei ole bussien reittikarttoja saatavilla infopisteessä. Vaikka huoneemme oli vilkkaalle Via Vittorio Emanuelille päin, oli äänieristys niin hyvä, että meteli ei yöllä häirinnyt. Siisti tilava huone, miellyttävä hotelli, erinomainen aamiainen, ja riittävän pitkä aamiaisaika. TV-kanavissa surkea valinnanvara, jos ei osaa italiaa. Huoneessa ei ole toimivaa WIFI-yhteyttä, vaan ainoastaan aulatiloissa. Kattoravintola hyvä, siedettävän hintainen ja hienot maisemat.

Erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu
Olin matkalla siskoni kanssa. Olimme molemmat erittäin tyytyväisiä palveluun hotellissa. Koko henkilökunta aina ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Kylpyhuoneessa ylelliset pyyhkeet jotka vaihdettiin automaattisesti joka päivä .sängyt ja tyynyt hyvät myös. Hyvä aamiainen ja hotellin ravintola loistava, erinomaista ruokaa. Erittäin kaunis hotelli jossa saa vapaasti kulkea ja ihastella kauniita saleja. Tunsimme itsemme prinsessoiksi.

An excellently located central hotel
The location was great. Old world charm. The staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good, only one waiter, a woman was terrible, awful, rude and dismissive. But no complaints about the male staff. Especially good service was provided by an elderly male waiter at breakfast.

Seeing Palermo is a once in a lifetime experience. Eurostars Centrale Palace is in a once grand "building" and visiting here is a true traveling back in time. This Sicilian 4 star hotel does not equal a US 4 star standard and may not meet expectations. The hotel is located in old town that is very much reserved for tourists with prices to match. It is in a very busy pedestrian walking center that is active and alive until after midnight each night. Hotel staff was very accomodating and they did try their.best within limits. Some staff members did not speak fluent English therefore be prepared to seek assistance multiple times or be ready to resolve your own issues with a smile.

They put us in a very small room located under the breakfast floor where it woke both of us up at 7:00am due to the significant noise. The toilet ran and the room had not been updated for probably 50 years. This was the worst stay on our four stop trip. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful and right in the center of everything. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a car, and did have to pay extra for parking, but they made it very easy.

Terrific Stay other than the Drive to
First, and not surprisingly, because the hotel is in the ZTL (Zona Touristica), to drive to a parking spot was quite a trick. Extremely narrow path and you must make sure you give your license plate number to the concierge to make sure you don’t get a ticket. Speaking of which, the hotel is quite beautiful entrance and common areas and the concierge is super friendly and helpful. The room was quite adequate and a better location may not be possible.

The rooms are quiet despite the neighborhood's activity. The staff are courteous and professional. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

I think the main issues I found was when I checked into the hotel the guy in reception didn't speak English very well so he couldn't understand what I was trying to say which was frustrating. I was simply saying can my friends who live in Palermo come visit me to say hello quickly and he was like oh I need their passports and driving licence and they need to check in if they want to stay the night. This was not what I was asking for, it was simply a quick hello and goodbye but anyway, once he finally understood what I was saying he still said they have to check in at the front desk if they want to come and see you apparently due to Italian laws which I've never heard off and when we stayed in Rome a few days later this was not the case as our friends from Rome came to see us so I'm having a hard time believing him. The second issue was I was still asleep and all of a sudden I heard my door being opened at 10 am in the morning and lights came on immediately and I woke up and said hello from the bedroom and a man's voice in Italian said oh sorry and then left the room and turned the lights off This was very annoying as I was enjoying my sleep and he woke me up now and it made me think he didn't even knock to ask if he could enter my room with my stuff inside very suspicious.

The belle epoque hotel
A golden-era hotel with a sense of 1930s glamour. The service was absolutely amazing, but I could have appreciated a tea and coffee making possibility in the room.

Great location walking distance to go dining and shopping great staff very friendly helpful and professional breakfast was excellent their terrace restaurant good as well great food good service their patio smoking area the best we felt safe while we smoked our cigars late at night . Clean room plenty of clean towels great service over all.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Palermo
The location of this hotel was in the heart of Palermo. The hotel stag were warm and accommodating . The Terrace bar was a perfect way to end our evenings. Would definitely recommend the Eurostar Centrale again.

This hotel was charming. Old world style. Very nice and comfortable. Was amazed at how quiet the room was given it was on a busy pedestrian street. Parking at the hotel was challenging because you had to drive down this pedestrian street. I thought there was a problem with the air conditioning but realized it was me… did not realize to work it had to be turned to what I thought was heat. Would definitely stay here again. Outside terrace bar was so charming and relaxing.

Good hotel in good location. Nice area and wonderful city. Hotel has parking but in order to reach the hotel you have to drive 800 meters through a crowded pedestrian street. Very uncomfortable. Better not drive.

the hotel was great and the staff was perfect. no problems at all. as a warning to others, the taxi driver that took us to the bus station was an absolute crook. He kept telling me that there isn't bus service from Palermo to Catania on Saturday's, pretended he couldn't find the bus station, wanted me to hire him to drive all the way to Catania at a price of 300 Euro, then wanted 45 Euro from the hotel to the bus station. Love the hotel and staff, the taxi driver isn't anything against them, just a warning to others that use taxis.

Great location.
The hotel was very well appointed and had beautiful main rooms. Our room was large but a little dated. The location is superb. The one issue I had was the service- the front desk were not very helpful. One example is when we asked about going to Monreale , the front desk told us he would get a taxi and ask them to wait for us to be done to return us. Later that morning we discovered on our own that you get a tour bus there and back for 10 euro. Significantly less than a taxi would have cost.

The hotel has an excellent location, everything is 5-10 min walk, allowing to take breaks during the 40C days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is why we stayed there again. It needs major refurbishing, especially the bathrooms. The restaurant has nice views but the food is forgettable.

Center of the city of Palermo
Great location- center of the city and walking to train and bus terminals. Roof top restaurant has good food and view. Wifi is bad in the room, has to be in the lobby area to connect to wifi. No English channel on TV at all.

Great hotel and location. I stayed for two nights and wish I stayed longer. Next time I return to Palermo I will definitely book this hotel again.
