âThe hotel is very clean and cozy, located 10 minutes from the beach, with a reasonable price. I was feeling so comfortable and highly recommend staying. Frontdesk staff were polite at all time and were doing their best to leave a great memory from your staying experience. The only thing that was not clearly mentioned in Expedia is that the parking is not free, and you need to pay $5/night (at the time of this post). Also, Expedia charged me $24 for breakfast, and I was able to select only one...

âAbsolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But noâŠwe didnât even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained withâŠsomething, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting. â

âThe room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor.â

âThe room and bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Mattress was not very firm. Breakfast choices were great as it was cook to order. My only complaint was being awakened at 5:30 am by someone dropping heavy weights in the workout room. That room should (1) be on the ground floor and (2) away from sleeping rooms or not open 24 hrs. â

âAKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise.
Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. â

âI paid $1,600 for one night expecting a true high end luxury experience. While the property is marketed as boutique, the overall amenities and atmosphere did not justify the rate.
The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point.
The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is...
