Family friendly, clean and comfortable! Kick back and watch a movie on the big screen, TV or sit on the deck and enjoy the Majestic view of Pioneer Peak, while the kids run around the huge yard! There’s plenty of space to spread out with the three levels of this charming country cottage chalet!
Beds: 4 Queens, 3 twins + twin mattress to be pulled out if needed.
Rooms: Kitchen (no dining room table, eat at the bar or entry table/coffee table) living room, family/TV room, four bedrooms, loft/bridge (leads to outdoor balcony on top level).
The deck includes a beautiful view of Pioneer Peak, 4 seats and a brand new propane barbecue grill.
Most of the wooden furniture inside has been handmade by pallets. With a unique design of this home and furniture, guests can enjoy the detailed love that was put into creating the space.
Whether you are enjoying this Country Cottage as a get away or just need a comfortable space to crash for the night, we look forward to having you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

We just used this property as a quick overnight between State Fair and horseback riding the next day, but I wish we'd stayed longer. Even with four kids and three adults, everyone had their own space. The younger kids loved the PacMan! The teens and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was beautiful. We really had a great time. The kids were very disappointed the next morning to hear we would not be coming back that night. Thanks very much to our very accessible hosts for a wonderful family time!

We recently stayed at this Palmer home for a family wedding and had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious with a great layout that easily accommodated our group. We especially enjoyed the deck, large yard, and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after busy days. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The only minor drawbacks were a limited number of bath towels and an external trash can that wasn’t quite large enough for a full house over a weeklong stay. That said, the host was responsive and helpful in working with us to manage the trash, so it didn’t impact our overall experience. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Location and House
We stayed here on two separate nights on our trip to Alaska. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host’s communication was great throughout and she was very accommodating. The view from here is fantastic as well. Our stays here were super relaxing. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Alaska.

Holiday with Family and Friends
The stay was great and just as described, one of the unique things we liked about it was the wood fired hot tub. A cabin style lodge with beautiful Mountain View’s. Everything we could possibly need was there and communication was amazing with the host. Thank you for the amazing time, and letting us make lifetime memories with friends and family.

Rebecca, the property was BEAUTIFUL.
We had a bit of a “Chevy Chase” vacation, attempting to see as much as we could in 5 days.
You place was a quiet, slightly off the main drag place to relax and determine which direction to go next.
My sis and her boys were impressed by the beauty of the area.

Cute place, stunning view
Cute place and stunning view! Could use a deep cleaning in the kitchen! Appliances were a bit dirty! Need more coffee cups and couldn’t find any dish cloths. No products in the bathroom other than hand soap. Overall we enjoyed our stay though!

Amazing Stay & Overall Experience!
Rebecca was a fantastic host and communicator. Property was 100% spot on with the listing details and the spaciousness of the yard for games mixed with a beautifully well put together interior decor was all to be appreciated.
