”Very basic facilities in room Room very clean. Staff need better training at checkin Pool area was a bit messy around tables and chairs”

”Great enjoyed the stay there!”

”Nora went out of her way to help especially when my flight was cancelled and we had to get to the airport by 7am the next day to be certain that I got on a flight. ”Easy access around the complex, nice amenities.”

”The stay was pleasant, good and attentive staff. The food was mediocre for such a nice place.”

”The room was wonderful, and so comfortable. I loved the buffet breakfast, including delicious 'full English' options. Staff went out of their way to help me, including at the airport. Everything was extremely high quality.”

”Generally good. I did not find any issues.”

”The best hotel in town”

”The only downside is that they respond to emails. I suggest that they should promptly respond to emails sent to them”

”Cockroaches in the Unit including inside the Fridge”

”The property is very nice. Great staff. Prices are a little expensive and my room had a mosquito problem. Don't know where they were coming from, but they were everywhere inside the room.”

”Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.”
