Lomamökit – Paradise

”This home on the property has multiple safety issues, including but not limited to 1) a shattered master bedroom window with dirty jagged shards in place, 2) excessive mold in & around exterior doorway & window jambs, 3) multiple bedroom window screens slashed with a knife or with other large holes that let in mosquitoes, 4) a literally falling-down storage shed next to the fire circle out back, with the roof caved in and rotted, de-particulating boards strewn around the yard, and 5) badly...

”Host responded right away to a request. Nice place.”

”It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”

I suppose it was suppose to double as a trundle/day bed but it was very uncomfortable to relax on. It never folded completely flat so it couldn’t be used for seating. Otherwise we enjoyed the fire rings and relaxing on the front...

”Nice amenities”

”Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers....
