We liked the staff, our room and the all around hospitality and ease of use. We didn’t like the construction noises, but that’s something that the hotel can’t really have much of a saying.

"The aircondition didnt work so it was hot and the air was not moving. Also the drain in bathroom was stuck so that the dirty water from toilet got up to the shower floor"

This is really not a 4-star hotel
"This hotel has seen its best days in the past. I would definitely no longer call it a 4-star hotel, 2 stars would be closer to the truth. The rooms are weary and outdated, the temperature control does not work. The staff is not particularly nice and the breakfast is quite a disappointment"
