151 Suite Jean Yves - Superb Studio in Paris

The Jean Yves Suite is a 25 m2 studio apartment. It has been carefully designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The flat is on the ground floor.

The layout is as follows
- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, television and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Modern and practical bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.
- 1 comfortable toilet in the bathroom.

- Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person

A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor for travellers' use.

In this flat, you will have all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the 13th arrondissement, our studio is ideally situated for discovering a less touristy but equally charming side of the City of Light. The area in which it is located is quiet yet close to many amenities.

Place d'Italie: Less than 10 minutes on foot
Bibliothèque François Mitterrand: Just a 15-minute walk away.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, including Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife:
The district is packed with small, traditional restaurants, cafés and local boutiques. Although more residential, you'll find everything you need for an authentic Parisian experience.

Metro line 7: Tolbiac station (400m)
Metro line 6: Nationale station (600m)
RER C: Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station (1km)

These metro and RER stations near Suite 151 Jean Yves will enable you to move around Paris easily, and quickly reach the city's main sights and attractions.

- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
