Suite Seb is a 35 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The property is located on the ground floor of a secure without elevator.

The layout is as follows:
- Cosy living room with 1 double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy mezzanine bedroom with double bed
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- WC separate from the bathroom.

- Cooker, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
