Suite Simha is a 110 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The property is located on the 4th floor of a secure building without elevator.

- Cosy master bedroom with double bed and dressing room.

- 3 modern bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer
- 2 WCs, one in the bathroom and one separate from the bathroom

- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
