Nice place to call home for a stay for a family of 5. Good place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Pros: location near bakeries, metro stations, short walk to Eiffel Tower, plenty of hot water from on demand water heater. Cons: Shower head mounted on ceiling does not work - plan to take baths or use handheld shower head, heating is minimal / non-existent so plan to bundle up for bed, no power outlets in main bedroom, fitted sheet on master bed mattress are too big for the thin mattress so every morning the fitted sheet would be undone especially if you toss and turn in your sleep.

Emmeline was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is cozy and lovely. So close to many restaurants and a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower and many metro stops. Just perfect! What a way to start the year!

Everything went well with Émeline and her partement. The location was great in terms of quiet at night and plenty of little restaurants, bars, and grocery. Metro is only a few blocks so very easy to access the rest of the city. Everything reasonably clean, maybe we just noticed the floors a little less clean due to our baby crawling around on them and picking up dirt but not a big deal. Great garage parking spot (didn’t use car once over the week) and the apartment was pet friendly however not much in terms of nearby parks and our dogs are not super accustomed to purely concrete outside but that has nothing to do with the apartment, that is just Paris. Would recommend a stay here if you want a quieter stay and plenty of space.

Paris Vacation

Emeline, treated us like relatives coming to visit, she was very helpful and was right there when we needed her. The apartment is in a beautiful location of Paris, walking distance to the tower and plenty of food spots. The apartment is very spacious and plenty of room for my family of 5. Will be booking again when we return.

Wunderbare Wohnung für Familien

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter sind sehr liebenswürdig. Alle Fragen vor der Buchung wurden absolut zuverlässig und sehr freundlich beantwortet und auch vor Ort wurden wir sehr, sehr nett empfangen und erhielten während des Aufenthalts sofort Unterstützung, als eine Kleinigkeit fehlte. Familien mit Kindern sind hier wirklich Willkommen. Wir fanden die Ausstattung der Wohnung gut, alles war vorhanden. Nur ein paar flache Teller hätten wir noch praktisch gefunden, aber es ging auch mit den tiefen Tellern. Platz hatten wir zu sechst (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) ausreichend. Die Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Bus war ausgezeichnet. Das Viertel ist ruhig, sauber und sicher, das Haus ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Nachbarn, die wir im Lift getroffen haben, waren alle sehr freundlich. Alles war auch wie im Inserat dargestellt, es gab keine unangenehmen Überraschungen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung bleiben, wenn wir ein weiteres Mal nach Paris reisen. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft hier deshalb weiter. Vielen Dank noch einmal an unsere liebenswerte Gastgeberin für den schönen Aufenthalt, den wir in Paris verbringen durften.

Perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto abreist, da Stellplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm. Bäckereien und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Lage ist relativ ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum. Nach Montmartre sind wir mit Über gefahren. Die Gastgeberinnen sind wirklich sehr nett und haben uns alles erklärt. Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage in Paris.

Wonderful family property

This property worked wonderfully for my older family of 5. Extremely close to everything, amazing location. Emeline was the best hostess and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well-taken care of. Itself because of her that we were able to truly enjoy the olympics and have a spectacular stay in Paris. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful, charming stay in Paris!

What a great spot! Lovely and quiet neighborhood, close to sites like Eiffel Tower, great bakeries, brasseries, and bars. The place itself was a great space - 2 good size bedrooms and a nice bath with a soaking tub. And a washer and dryer, which came in handy for our longer stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Southwest Floridians had a great stay

We are a family of 4 with a 16 & 18 year old and had a fabulous stay over New Years. Safe building in a great neighborhood with cafés and markets just a quick walk. 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hostess, Emeline, met us there and was so friendly and very helpful with highlights and tips. Cute kitchen with everything you need. Sleep sofa in living room. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, great hostess!

This apartment is in a perfect location - 5 minutes' walk to at least 2 different Metro stations and multiple restaurants, bakeries, shops right in the area. There is a primary school right across the road so there might be some noise during the day if the windows are open. Beds are not uncomfortable and the bedrooms are spacious but there's really nowhere to stow your belongings except for some shelving in the living area. This is not a deal-breaker ;) The clothes washer and dryer are VERY welcome...few places in Europe offer this. The hostess was very communicative and helpful! Thanks!

First time in Paris

Apartment was what you would think of in Paris, smaller but has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent, gave us good tips of places to eat and see. Apartment was two bedrooms. My wife and I stayed in one bedroom but the bed had a sunk in the middle mattress topper so we kept rolling into each other. so not great sleep but managed. We did not do any cooking because of all of the cafes and restaurants near by, 5 to 10 minute walk. The floors had some problems with the finish on it so it seemed to have sand or dirt on it constantly. But the area was a great spot close to the tower and the hop on hop off bus. We slept, woke up and went all day until evening. TV had what you needed on it which my friend used to catch up on sports highlights at night.

Family Paris Trip

My wife and two teenage daughters enjoyed our stay! Very secure building with two doors needing keyed access to get in. Third floor was nice. A bit warm during our stay in Paris, but at night with the windows open, no AC was a non issue for us. Comfortable beds. Provided bathroom towels. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early and given information about our stay in Paris. Wifi and Tv. Plenty of family owned cafes and eateries really close by which was nice! We would recommend to others!

Great Location with Minimal Amenities!

Pros: Appreciated Emeline allowing us to check in early! Her apt. is in a good location with cafes, bakeries, & market near; beds were very comfortable; tea & sugar packets & instant oatmeal provided. Cons: elevator only worked going down (main reason we chose the apartment was the street level elevator); no coffee maker (we had to buy paper towels to filter our coffee grounds into a metal bowl; 3 drawers in kitchen were not taped closed: pans, dishes/glasses, & cutlery; all drawers and closets in bedrooms were taped close ( we lived out of our suitcases in the floor. It's obviously their home with clothes and personal items left. There was no hot water our first night, but Emeline resolved the problem while we were out the next day. I'm not sure if all the above is typical in France? In the US VRBO rentals have condiments and staples. For two 80 yr. olds it was unexpected.

About what we expected

We were met at our arrival, and given a tour by the owner. We were told how to work everything. We went there during an unseasonably hot streak, and just beware that there is no A/C. You may want to bring a personal size fan if you come at a very warm time. Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Excellent Rental-You Won’t be Disappointed

Emiline is an excellent hostess with a great rental. Always ready to quickly answer questions and give advice. The flat was very clean and spacious for Paris. The building had an elevator and was extremely safe. Located close to bakeries, supermarket and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed in this rental or hostess.

Charming Eiffel Tower neighborhood flat

Nearby to public transportation and the Eiffel Tower neighborhood, this charming flat was a terrific home base for our Paris adventures! Housing was clean and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and was helpful with information to help us navigate arrival. We would definitely recommend this property to others, especially families.
