Appartamento piccolo, in pratica una stanza, con bagno, molto combatta caruccio, ultimo balcone, importante perché vuole andare a Disneyland, ottimo prezzo, ristoranti e cibo nelle vicinanze, pullman proprio sotto casa

We used this for a one night before heading into Disneyland, for which it was ideal as only a short 10 minute drive away. We had no issues with hot water as per another review. Room and bathroom were clean with clean towels, although one set of bedding did have some stains which looked like pen/ink. We stayed early August when the weather was very hot, so worth noting that while there was a floor fan provided, the room was stifling and difficult to sleep in. Also, I was under the impression that the bedroom was a separate room - perhaps I missed this in the description somewhere, but this is in fact one studio room with a double bed, sofa bed and kitchen area - all open plan (may be worth noting if you have younger children) For what we wanted this accommodation for and the price paid we cannot complain, however I would likely book a hotel room next time if budget allows.

Appartement bien situé, proche Disney avec facilité de stationnement et arrivée et sortie plutôt simples. Le balcon est un plus. MAIS l’ appartement est mal entretenu et pas très propre ( tâches sur les coussins, sur les portes, sur les murs, frigo malodorant, couverts sales à notre arrivée ...) Les photos du site ne correspondant pas tout à fait ( par exemple pas de faux gazon sur le balcon mais beaucoup de saletés) et il n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce que le parking n'est pas attribué au logement, il faut aller se garer dans une résidence voisine et marcher ( autant rester dans la rue, plus proche) * Enfin gros problème de bruit dû au manque de respect du voisinage: impossible de dormir tôt si vous les souhaitez car bruit dans la cour sous le balcon jusqu’à tard.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in France. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean and well maintained. It had the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed, which was a very thoughtful touch. The Disney theme was also really apparent throughout the apartment, with lots of fun Disney artwork and décor that made it especially enjoyable for our family. The location was great for visiting Disneyland Paris. We took the 2233 bus to and from the parks, which took about 27 minutes. We weren’t able to find the “10-minute back entrance” mentioned on the back of the apartment door, so we relied on the bus instead. Honestly, after a long day at the park with little ones, the bus ride home was very convenient. The apartment is definitely more convenient for Disneyland than for other tourist destinations. It is quite a distance from central Paris and the airport, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. For us, the proximity to Disney was worth the trade-off. The apartment was a little small for our family of four, but it worked well for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. One of the highlights was the Palazzo restaurant directly across the street. The burgers, chicken fingers, and fries were delicious! It was also my daughter’s birthday the following day, and the host went above and beyond by bringing out a small chocolate dessert he had in the freezer

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The gentleman at the reception was especially kind — he came twice to our door to help us open it and even walked with us to show where to catch the bus to Disney. So kind and thoughtful! Later, when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water switch, I contacted the owner and, right away, a lovely lady came to our flat to show us how to do it. Everything was solved quickly and with a smile. The location is excellent — easy access to bus stops and shops, and only about 10 minutes from Disney by bus. We even walked there once in about 40 minutes, and it was a very pleasant walk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay — everything was easy, comfortable, and wonderful. We loved it! ❤️
