Batignolles Apartment for 2 with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

1) Living Room:



Sofa bed: Sofa bed (170 x 93 cm + mattress topper), three square cushions, four back cushions. Bedding (duvet, cover, and sheet) is in the entryway in a plastic bag—the cover fits the foam mattress. The household linen in the brown chest is not available for guests.



Lounge area: Dining table with two chairs. Mobile air conditioner and large fan. Please specify at booking if you need the second bed.



2) Bedroom:

Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with 33 cm luggage space. Hybrid memory foam and latex mattress. Four-drawer storage, clothes rack. Smart TV with streaming services. Desk, lamp, chair. Bedside table/storage for duvets, can be used as a laptop table and lamp. Fan on the wardrobe.



3) Equipped kitchen with dining and workspace:

Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs. Microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, drainer.



4) Bathroom:

Spacious shower (open the window after use), electric water heater, towel warmer. New washing machine with 15-min quick cycle. Hairdryer (mirror socket with LED). Mini space heater. Two towels per person: one for shower, one for daily use.



5) Entrance:

Pillow storage on the TV table (self-service). Shopping trolley.



6) Separate WC with window and sliding door (leave the door open for more space; close the living room curtain for privacy).



7) Batignolles District:

Charming, lively, and friendly neighborhood, known for its authentic streets and stylish, accessible restaurants.



8) Transport:

Ideally located in Batignolles, near several metro stations and train stations. Easy access from airports and main Paris stations via metro, RER, and bus lines. Close to rue Legendre, rue Truffaut, and the church square, making it easy to get around Paris.
