    Mennä ajassa taaksepäin. Ranska oli valtakunnan hallitsi peräkkäin joita Capetians, Bourbonien ja Orleans. Kaikki valloittajat, kaikki rakentajat. Paris niiden paikka vallan, jossa jokainen rakennus rakennettiin lujittaa vaikutusvaltaansa. Asua yhdessä näistä rakennuksista ja nauttia paikkansa majesteettinen kuin sen historia.

    Kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen asunto on 106 neliömetriä 1. kerroksessa kauniissa kartanossa. Huoneistossa:

    avoin olohuone ja keittiö: jääkaappi, pakastin, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, uunissa, astianpesukone, pesukone kuivausrumpu, jotta kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, astiat vastaavasti ja ruuanlaittovälineet.
    Ensimmäinen suuri huone: sänky on 160 x 200cm, yöpöydät. Ikkuna näkymät sisäpihalle.
    Ensimmäinen kylpyhuone vieressä ensimmäinen huone, suihku ja WC
        Makuuhuone 2 vuode 140 x 200cm, yöpöydät. Ikkuna näkymä hiljaisella kadulla.

The property could not have been in a better location. We loved that we could easily walk to nearly anywhere. The living area was fantastic with plenty of space and a very comfortable lounge. Despite no air conditioning there were sufficient fans to help stay cool. The property had excellent security. Definitely felt safe and secure with 2 young children. Could do with block out blinds in living area for privacy. One of the bathrooms had a bad smell, but luckily we didn't need to use the extra bedroom or shower so wasn't a huge problem for us. Would stay again!

We recently stayed here on a girl’s trip to Paris and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and the three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our stay. I highly recommend.

Very nice apartment. Could use a shelf in the shower as all toiletries have to be on the floor. Construction next door started around 5-6 am daily. So lots of noise in the 2 bedrooms street side. But perfectly located near restaurant, market ,Metro shopping g and walkable for everything. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again. Hoping the construction next door is done.

The location was superb ! Close to metro ,5 minutes to Louvre, 15minutes to Notre Dame& Saint Germain by walk , has convenience store cross the apartment & Samartain Department store. Even in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, apartment is so quiet & safe. We had a great time there.

I was so disappointed in our experience. They beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. They had a total of 4 towels for the 6 of us staying there. The shower products were half full and felt used. They charged us 40 euro for a pack n play for my baby who didn't end up using it. We were there when it was extremely hot and there was no AC. My children felt sick sleeping there so we ended up having to book a hotel. I asked the host for any type of reimbursement for the two nights we couldn't stay there because of the accommodations and he said no. Overall we were so disappointed.

Clean, quiet apartment with a convenient right bank location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was more than adequate in size for our party of 6. The location is excellent- in a quiet area, but near the Rue Rivoli. Easy access to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Marais and the left bank. Would certainly stay there again.

The appartment was clean, the host was cordial and spoke good english, and the location was terrific! However there were a few issues. The bottom dishwasher basket has no rollers, the door above the refrigerator opened when opening the refrigerator and stayed open causing a head bumping issue. The kitchen faucet needs tightening. The address given to us was the name of the building, not the street name and number which caused a lot of problems. The address to give the cab driver is #34 Bourdanaise rather than Bourbons. The master bedroom has 4 stone steps going up to the bathroom. The 2 front bedrooms were on the street and because they had doors rather than windows, we felt uncomfortable opening them. No problem with street noise.

A wonderful location and lovely apartment

Check in was very accommodating to our early arrival. The orientation to the apartment was excellent. There are amenities near the apartment that make it very convenient not only to the museums, metro, and other sights, including a market across the street and a bakery less than a block away. Excellent stay!

Wonderful spot in the 1st

This was a gem of an apt. Located in the 1st, we were 15 mins walking from many of our stops and close to the Metro as well. Wonderful appt that is perfectly appointed. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! We were a family of 5, with 3 teens and we were all so happy to use this home as our pied a terre in Paris.

Great location near the Seine

This is a great location from which to see the sights of central Paris. The apartment is in a busy area near Les Halles, but very quiet in the interior rooms in the evening. It definitely is in a central city environment, with all that entails, but it is part of the experience.

This is a spacious apartment on the right bank that is close to shopping and numerous attractions. The host was welcoming and very helpful (she gets 5 stars). The apartment description on the VRBO website is not quite accurate- there are two bedrooms with US double beds (not twins). These rooms share a toilet but have their own shower and sink. It was a great apartment for our adult family but if you plan to cook, the kitchen is only modestly equipped. Our only complaint is that two of the bedrooms face the street and it is noisy at night. This was remedied by ear plugs.Thank you for a great stay!

A perfect choice for a Paris holiday

Overall, this property has everything you need! I stayed with my spouse, daughter & mom; therefore, having 3 bedrooms was perfect! Lots of privacy and a chance for everyone have have some downtime.The property is just as listed - very clean and spacious. Other important attributes: the bathrooms were modern and the water was hot! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked to be able to cook - plus a small grocery across the street! The location is very central so that you can either walk or take the metro everywhere you want to go. Note: the supplies were well stocked and we only had to purchase hand soap. Overall, a perfect choice!

Close to Louvre and Notre Dame. Hot in Summer

The online listing was a little nicer than how we found it. And communication on deposit seemed a little misaligned. The unit was a little steamy for a mid June visit (for no A/C) and with a fan broken - we were balancing moving fans around to sleep. Trying to prop windows open at night isn’t feasible due to street night partygoers. So, that made it difficult, unpleasant.Another CON, we found the particular deposit (2000 euro) to be very steep for this property - there’s not that much to damage as it’s mostly outfitted with IKEA furniture.PROS - The unit is very safe and proximity is very hard to beat. Access to the market (right down the street), multiple nice cafes and tourist attractions was perfect! In the end, the place is nice and location is fantastic but for the we paid, we had higher expectations.

Great Family Stay!

We were a party of six adults, from 25-65, and loved the flat. Plenty of space for all, location was near many great sights, and cafes and bars were abundant in the area. We never walked more than 20 minutes and needed the metro for only the Eiffel and the Catacombs. This was a very important aspect for us. The young adults in our party were very happy with the night scene just a block or so away near Les Halles, and a grocery was on our block. The kitchen had all the necessities, although not overly equipped, but we only had light breakfast food and snacks in the evening before going out. We also had a regular homeless crew on our street, but quickly learned to use the other entryway into the courtyard. Always felt safe regardless. Last thing to note was tthat although all 3 BRs had ensuite showers, only the master had an ensuite toilet facility. The other two bedrooms shared a toilet in the hall just outside their doors. Overall, a great stay!

Great Stay in the Heart of Paris

Our group of five (two parents, two adult children, and a boyfriend) had a great stay at the Bourbon property. The three-bedroom setup worked well — each room had a shower and sink, and the master had the only private toilet. The others shared one, which was a little unusual but manageable.The common area was perfect for relaxing before heading out or winding down at night. The kitchen was equipped, but we only used the wine opener. Supplies were limited to trash bags and dishwasher pods, so plan accordingly. A full grocery store just 100 feet away made it easy to stock up on essentials.The location is amazing — walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and many food options. The Metro is a block or two away, which made getting to Normandy and the Loire Valley easy.One downside: the windows to the interior courtyard were painted shut. Fortunately, the bedrooms had working windows and fans, which helped with airflow. It was comfortable in the mild spring weather, but might be warm in summer (AC is rare in Paris).Check-in was smooth, the unit was clean and well-kept, and the beds were very comfortable. The building has multiple street entrances and a fun bonus: we heard Coco Chanel may have once lived there — you’ll see little “Number 5” motifs in the bannister!We’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Excellent stay, Great communication

We were happy with our stay the Bourbons apartment. Three adult friends, each had our own spacious bedroom and shower. Beds were comfortable and closets were large. The kitchen was well equipped overall, and we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine - and multiple other coffee makers if you'd prefer another type. The kitchen has been updated. The baths have also been renovated and are very nice. The furnishings overall are a bit used, but still comfortable. Communication with the property manager was five-star, our check in process was terrific (shout out to Romain who checked us in - a medical student! with excellent English and cheerful disposition). After check out our deposit was immediately refunded. Property location is in close proximity to Louvre, Notre Dame, many fine restaurants and all of the great offerings of Les Halles and the 1st. Only (slight) negative that I'll mention is that the street sometimes had some (homeless?) people near the entry to our property and also at the intersection a half block away, I think there is a social services building on the same street as the property's entry. We never had a problem with any individual but I thought it was worth mentioning as we definitely took some extra care when coming and going. The building's exterior and courtyard are very charming. Lighting could have been better, but adequate when arriving at night. All in all, we enjoyed the spacious apartment, and would stay again.

Beautiful Accommodation in a Great Location

This is a stylish,very quiet apartment that is within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Les Halles. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. The management was very responsive. Romain, who met us was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and very helpful. We liked the layout, as there are 2 bedrooms on one side and one bedroom on the other side of the apartment. As grandparents, we had our own separate bedroom bathroom away from the kids and grandkids. Only two issues we think a prospective resident should know. First, there's no AC, which wasn't an issue for the weather when we were in Paris. But the living room windows don't open. Only the bedroom and one bath windows open for a breeze. Lots of fans, but that might not work for everyone. Second, no one ever "lived" in this unit. It's corporate owned. We (Americans) are accustomed to renting a family's vacation home in which there are all the usual amenities. Here, we were offered a 25E soap basket for purchase. Following advice here, we brought our own and bought anything else we needed from the grocery store. However, no paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, were provided, and there wasn't enough toilet paper provided for our stay. Again, we bought stuff at the grocery store. Finally, it was weird that there was absolutely no shelf or any other place to put a bar of soap or a bottle of body wash or shampoo in the shower we used. Clear that no owner ever stayed here.
