The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated apartment, ideally located near the Champs-Élysées! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to six people and has elevator access.



The apartment is arranged as follows:

• 1st bedroom: equipped with a Queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a single bed, storage space and a ceiling fan.

• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a bunk bed for two people and storage space.

• A living room: convertible sofa bed for two people (140 × 200 cm), television

Smart, storage, ceiling fan and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• A kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A work area: designed to work comfortably.

• 1st bathroom: includes a bathtub, washer-dryer, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

• 2nd bathroom: includes a shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

Taxi: Arrive in approximately 45-60 minutes (€50-€70).

RER B Train: Take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Line 14 to Madeleine (around 45 minutes, €10-€12).



Orly (ORY)

Taxi: Arrive in approximately 30-45 minutes (€40-€60).

Orlyval + RER B: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then transfer to RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, followed by Line 14 to Madeleine (approximately 45-60 minutes, €12-€15).



From the Train Stations

Gare du Nord

Taxi: Arrive in approximately 20-30 minutes (€15-€25).

Metro: Take Line 4 to Châtelet, then transfer to Line 14 to Madeleine (approximately 25-30 minutes, €2).

Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional cleaning services will be offered upon your arrival and departure, ensuring that the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services

If you need a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

If you have forgotten or lost your keys, or are unable to gain access to your accommodation outside our assistance hours (before 8.30 am or after 8.00 pm), our teams will not be able to assist you immediately. The traveller will therefore need to arrange temporary accommodation at their own expense until our assistance hours resume, at which point our teams will attend as soon as possible to restore access to the accommodation.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Internet Etiquette

Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Do not access websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction by telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.



Professional Use and Photography

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 years old will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
