This was a totally fine, not amazing, but clean and well equipped place to stay. Mina who coordinated was very kind and helpful. The apartment could really use manuals for the appliances-- I am a fluent French speaker but that does not necessarily matter when dealing with a different dishwasher or washing machine (it was very nice the apartment had both of these things!) Although we have stayed in even smaller places in Paris, I am surprised this is listed for up to 4 people. I would be wary of trying to fit more than 2 people in the very small space (also, the toilet closet is within one "bedroom"). The neighborhood is generic, and unless you have a real reason to be located here (we had a conference) I wouldn't recommend the area. Don't expect to be able to drop off bags early or to get quick help with any issues. There are no true windows in the apartment-- it looks out onto an interior courtyard on the first floor, so you can't see anything but a neighboring apartment. For us, this was kind of a plus, as it meant it was quiet and easy to make the apartment dark. We found the bed too soft-- not a true mattress--and the couch difficult to sit on. We found ourselves avoiding going home because we struggled to feel relaxed in the space. But we had no major issues, and the apartment worked for us well enough!
