Montrouge is a town located in the southern suburbs of Paris, known for its friendly, residential atmosphere. The apartment is located on Rue Carves, a quiet and pleasant street. Nearby, you’ll find various shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and markets. The La Vache Noire shopping center is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. This center features many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, with the Barbara station on Metro Line 4 less than a 10-minute walk away. This metro line will take you to Montparnasse Station in 11 minutes and to downtown Paris in 20 minutes. Several bus lines and Vélib’ stations are also available.
