Linens and towels are provided. Welcome amenities (coffee, toilet paper) are provided on arrival but are not restocked during your stay. The apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator.

Please note that the building's common areas (entrance, staircase, landings) are not private spaces and may not be used to store personal belongings.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties and events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, especially with regard to the neighbors.

The apartment is rented for the number of guests indicated on the booking. Please take good care of the furniture and equipment and report any damage. Please sort your waste according to Paris's recycling guidelines.
