Property Details:

This 12 sqm studio is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The space is thoughtfully arranged and includes a double bed, a table with chairs suitable for dining or working, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for remote work and video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there is no washing machine, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. An iron and ironing board, as well as basic cleaning equipment, are provided.



The sleeping area faces the street and features a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress. Freshly laundered bed linen, pillows, and towels are provided for each guest. The apartment also includes a private bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer and complimentary toiletries - including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 2 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Le Marais is regarded as one of Paris’s most sought-after neighborhoods, known for its historic charm, vibrant atmosphere, and central location. Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find the magnificent Place des Vosges, one of the oldest and most beautiful squares in Paris. On sunny days, this beloved green space fills with locals enjoying picnics, families relaxing, and children playing beneath the arcades. The elegant arcades surrounding the square are home to art galleries, refined cafés, and the former residence of Victor Hugo, author of Les Misérables and Notre-Dame de Paris. The area is steeped in history while remaining lively and contemporary. Le Marais is also famous for its excellent restaurants, traditional boulangeries, concept stores, and independent boutiques. Nearby, the Hôtel de Ville and the iconic BHV department store offer both cultural interest and convenient shopping. A pleasant stroll will take you toward the River Seine, where you can reach the charming Île Saint-Louis, home to the famous Berthillon ice cream, or continue on to Île de la Cité to admire Notre-Dame Cathedral. You can also walk toward the Bastille area or explore the historic streets around Saint-Paul, all within easy reach.

With close proximity to Metro Saint-Paul (Line 1), Metro Bastille (Lines 1, 5, and 8), and Bus 29, accessing other areas of Paris is extremely easy. Simply hop on the metro to reach major landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and Sacré-Cœur. Metro Line 1 also provides quick access to Les Halles, offering convenient connections to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from central Paris.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
