Duplex with balcony Porte de Versailles Paris EXPO 2 rooms/2BR/2WC

On the top of the building (8th and 9th floor), my apartment (80 square metres) is a duplex and has a nice view from the balconies.
2 rooms : one single with a bed 90x190, one double room upstairs with a bed 140x190 and a sofa-bed with no privacy (140x190) in the living room.
Downstairs, you can have lunch in the two balconies.
You have free access of all the apartment and balconies, but you are not allowed to use the fire place.
For a late check in (after 22H) or an early check in, 30 euros can be request in addition.

This apartment is perfect for 3 people, but you can be 4...of course !
There is a shower and a toilet on each floor.

6 or 7 minutes walking from the nearest metro Porte de Versailles (metro 12). 15 minutes walking from Balard (metro 8)
My apartment is near Aquaboulevard, TF1, France Televisions, Ministère des Armées...

The communication is very important, so please send me an email or text me. I always answer you quickly.

This is a residential building, so please pay attention to the calmness of the residence, especially between 10pm and 7am.
The wifi code is under the box and written in the informations book on the low table.
Level -2 by elevator : a bin storage area. Yellow for the paper and cardboard. Black for other things.
For the glass, you can find a bin in the street.
