The apartment itself was good. It was spacious, modern and had multiple bathrooms. Thankfully, they was a small lift (elevator) for my daughter, who injured her leg before the trip. We really liked having 2 bedrooms and a very clean apartment. The agency even provided a welcome bottle of wine and olive oil, but we left it behind; we didn't use it. There are a few things that need to be fixed before it becomes worse: water leak from upstairs apartment above the kitchen sink, add a hook for a towel inside the toilet (WC), etc. Immediate improvement needed: provide written instructions inside the apartment for incidentals and emergencies. The apartment was insufferable with the excessive heat from Paris. At midnight one night, the electricity turned off. Without Wi-fi, we were not able to contact the management. After some trying, we found the circuit breaker and managed to restore power. THE INSTRUCTIONS NEED TO BE WRITTEN DOWN AND PLACED INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
