Located on the 5th floor of a Haussmann building with lift, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;

You will particularly appreciate its calm, good southwest exposure as well as its very convenient location. The area is full of stores and pretty cafés, is safe and very family-friendly.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Cot, Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, École Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
