Located on the 13th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms, two with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed.
- two bathrooms;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its balcony and its view on the Bassin de la Villette (the latter is in front of the building).
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, barbecue, iron.

The apartment is located near the subway station "Laumière" (line 5.).
You will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 5 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation (for a walk in love) :
- the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (8 minutes away on foot) ;
- the Parc de la Villette (11 minutes away);
