The apartment is on the 4th floor via stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

The front door of this 28 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, ideal for a mid-term stay.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for two.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine).

The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), carefully made of hotel-quality linen.

The bathroom has a wash basin, mirror, bath, and toilet. A washing machine is also available. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

All you have to do now is enjoy your stay!

It is home to the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, a major hospital complex, as well as renowned medical research institutions. Explore the picturesque gardens of the Salpêtrière and discover the Museum of the History of Medicine, offering a fascinating insight into the evolution of healthcare. Or take advantage of the area's quiet cafés and restaurants for a well-deserved break after a day of discovery.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Campo-Formio (line 5) is the nearest metro station, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Orly airport is about 25 minutes away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
