This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the indolence and casualness of fluvial life.Close to the main touristic attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighborhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water ! By the way, during the Summer, the bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches).

Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge.Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
