In the very heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, this flat is ideally located to take advantage of the shops or quickly get to Paris or Versailles.

This comfortable 88 sq. m. duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift access. It consists of two parts: the lower section, renovated in 2021, and the upper section, built in the same year using wood-frame and environmentally-friendly materials. It features:
- an unoverlooked wooden roof terrace, on the 4th floor, accessible via the common areas,
- a balcony overlooking the street,
- a bright, air-conditioned lounge with a large bay window,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer),
- two bedrooms with double beds (140cm),
- a bathroom with shower, separate toilets,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer, hoover,
- TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system.

The common areas are equipped with CCTV cameras.

## Neighborhood

Right in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, you will find all the shops you need to make the most of your stay (supermarket, Chez Meunier bakery, bank, cinema, etc.), as well as a range of restaurants such as Chez Annette and Les Frangines. Sports enthusiasts will love the nearby gyms and facilities such as the Suzanne Lenglen sports park and the Alfred Sevestre swimming pool. If your stay is more business-related, the offices of companies such as Microsoft France, Orange and Accor are within easy reach on foot or by public transport. The Porte de Versailles exhibition centre is 12 minutes by public transport from the accommodation via line 12 or 18 minutes on foot. To get to Paris, take metro line 12, which will drop you off at Place de la Concorde, next to the Palais Garnier, or at Les Abbesses, from where you can explore Montmartre. Versailles can be reached by RER line C.
