The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated two-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Le Marais - one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Paris! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a sofa, unlimited Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV and storage space.
• 1st bedroom: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.
• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, washing machine, etc.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Getting Around:
Arriving by Plane:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train to Châtelet-Les Halles, and then hop on the Metro Line 11 to Arts et Métiers. Our property is just a short walk from there.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Board the Orlyval light train to the Antony station, then switch to the RER B train. Get off at Châtelet-Les Halles, and change to Metro Line 11 towards Arts et Métiers.
By Train:
If you're arriving at Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est, simply take the Metro Line 4 to Réaumur-Sébastopol. From there, it's a swift change to Line 3 towards Arts et Métiers.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-ins: Between 3pm and 9pm. Late arrivals will only be welcomed the next day from 9:30am. Failures will incur extra charges.
Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
