We chose this property for its proximity to Disneyland, and the advertised 10-minute drive was about accurate. Originally, we had booked a larger room for the first night (for two families sharing) and a smaller room for the second night (once the other family left). However, when the second family had to cancel their trip entirely, we asked the hotel if we could switch to a smaller room for both nights to avoid moving. Although we were just past the modification deadline, they kindly accommodated this request after a few back and forth messages, which we really appreciated. Communication before check-in was excellent, and they even helped arrange transportation to Disney.
Unfortunately, after check-in, communication dropped off significantly. Our messages went unanswered, and the transportation that had been booked never showed up.
We also tried dining nearby, but both restaurants turned us away since we had no reservation, and they didn’t offer takeout. With very limited options in the area, my husband walked further to find food, only to discover the nearby grocery store was closed as well—though he did eventually find a small pizza place.
The property itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, though on the smaller side. The kids enjoyed having Netflix to unwind. Overall, we had a decent stay, but better communication after check-in would have made a big difference—we would have rated it much higher otherwise. The location isn’t the best for young families.
