Joskus hieno hotelli nyt päässyt aika huonoon kuntoon. Huoneen lattiakaakelit rikki. Hiljainen huone melko pieni Pariisiin tyyliin. Aamupala hyvä ranskalaisittain jopa lämmintä munakokkelia pekonia ja makkaraa, lettuja. Huoneen ikkunoita ei saa auki joten kaikki ilmastoinnin varassa. Nyt ei ollut kuuma ilma joten ok.

Deluxe huone oli hieman ahdas, sänky pieni ja useana päivänä pyyheliinat haisivat todella omituiselta. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti. Respassa henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt ja se oli omituista. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä.

Hotelli hyvien julkisten yhteyksien läheisyydessä
Hotelli oli mukava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin vieressä on yksi iso ja yksi pieni metroasema ja lentokenttäbussit lähtevät hotellin vierestä. Hotellilta oli helppo lähteä metrolla esim keskustaan.

You can do nothing for the centralized airconditio
We a room, where the airconditioning did not work and the room was very hot, no air. After 1 h of waiting we got an other lower graded room, also too hot, but the aconditioning worked so and so. Next day we finally got a our room, but again it was too hot in the room, but the hotel brought us two coolers, that helped a little. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Checked in for the third time since 2006. The name of the hotel changed and also some details in the reception area. Unfortunately, you have to say that the décor of the room was quite strained. In my case, the wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower compensated for this situation. In the end, however, everything was clean and the staff reacted immediately to small, reported defects. The coffee machine was immediately replaced and missing cups were brought into the room. Train and bus are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and thus left the most positive impression.

Employees at this hotel are midly racists and can't even speak fluent English. 1. There was a fire alarm ringing so loud on our second day of the stay. We got very worried & annoyed and found out the phone in the room did not work at all. So we had to go all the way to the reception where a female staff repeatedly told us "It's just okay." without any other explanation or apology. Also when we told her that the phone in our room didn't work, she said they'll send someone to fix it right away but until we left at the last day, came no one to fix the phone. 2. At our check-out, even though we paid our city tax on the first day at check-in, the employee tried to double charge us again. If we didn't find the receipt, they would have double charged us. And still again, they did not say 'sorry' nor apologize. Overall, this is a hardly 4 statrs hotel and shameful to call one of Accor hotel chain. The facilities are very old and not quite clean.

Bon hôtel, accueil moyen.
Pas de comptoir de réception, pourquoi pas, c’est la tendance. Deux tables de jardin sur lesquelles sont posés des pc portables, câbles d’alimentation en liberté, quelques feuilles éparpillées, une urne en plastique pour le retour des clés… bof. L’accueil moyen-moyen par deux-trois très jeunes stagiaires (non?) pas désagréables mais visiblement peu concernés par leur rôle, ok. Et la mauvaise surprise (et là l’établissement et son personnel n’y sont pour rien), c’est cette fameuse taxe mobilité IdF… j’ai donc réglé 32€ de taxe de séjour (pour 2 / 2 nuits) alors qu’elle était annoncée à 12€ lors de ma réservation sur Hotels.com . Sinon hôtel bien situé pour profiter du quartier Montparnasse, juste derrière la gare si vous arrivez en train. Chambres spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles, hall agréable.

Causou estranheza a ausencia de balcão para atendimento. Os hospedes são recebidos ao longo do saguão. Falta uma melhor estrutura, tal como sala de ginástica e disponibilização de equipamentos de informática para os hospedes. Falta, também, uma maior quantidade de tomadas nos quartas. O café da manhã poderia ter maior variedade de itens.

Construction going on right at the door and in surrounding areas. Makes taxi pickup and drop-off cry inconvenient. Needs updating inside. Broken tiles in bathroom. Twice my key was disactivated which i didn't learn until i tried and had to go down to reception and wait to be assisted. Doesn't seem like an issue until you have a child that was already eager to use the restroom. Under staffed. Bar closed at odd hours. Often no one who spoke English, Spanish or Portuguese for room service. Carpets are stained but beds were made &fresh towels stocked daily. Some staff great. Some staff terrible. Concierge very welcoming, inviting, and helpful in using metro. Patio restaurant supervisor very rude and aggressive. After checkout, the nice receptionist invited us to sit in the patio to wait for our cab since the lobby was busy. The Indian man from the restaurant told us to leave if we didn't order something. Funny thing is that no one asked for an order. I suggested giving me a menu so i COULD order. I actually wanted some drinks- juice, coffee, water. He was displeased but obliged. Upon arrival of our cab, we pickup up our remaining drinks but were informed we couldn't take them in the glass bottles. I paid 16 euros for3 drinks. 2 were on their original glass bottles and because of this, was denied taking them. I wasn't offered a cup to take away... nothing but an almost offended, bewildered, and annoyed look from the server. Poor way to end our stay. For price, you'd expect more.
