Pariisin sydämessä. Tyylikkäässä historiallisessa kivirakennuksessa, jossa on alkuperäiset korkeat katot ja puulattiat. Toisessa kerroksessa (amerikkalainen), ensimmäisessä kerroksessa (ranskaksi), hissi ja vartiointi sisäänkäynti.
Sopii pariskunnille, ystäville tai 2 lapsen perheen kanssa kuuluisten nähtävyyksien löytämiseen jalka tai metrolla (4 asemaa 2/3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä) tai bussilla.
Ihastuttava tilava olo / ruokailuhuone rentoutuakseen päivän näkymisen jälkeen. Internet, WiFi, kansainväliset TV-kanavat.
Kaikissa huoneissa on jokaisessa king-size-kokoiset mukavat vuoteet, jotka voidaan jakaa erillisiksi vuoteiksi.(vauvansänky ja syöttötuoli saatavana)

Kaupunginosa on hyvin lähellä monia nähtävyyksiä:
Kuten rakennuksen edessä sijaitsevat kauniit pelihallit, joissa on paljon erityisiä leipomoja, putiikkeja, hyviä ravintoloita, antiikkiliikkeitä ja paljon muuta.
Voit kävellä Oopperalle, Montmartrelle, Louvre-museolle, kuuluisalle Galleries la Fayette -myymälään nähdäksesi viimeisimmät muodit kävelyetäisyydellä!
Lähellä myös vahamuseota ja Drouotin julkisia huutokauppasaloja.
Siellä on 4 metroasemaa 2/3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. ja monet bussipysäkit lähellä .. Pikarautatie yo Disneyland on hyvin lähellä.
Siellä on markkinat ja päivittäistavarat, supermarketit ja leipomot aivan nurkan takana. Ihanteellinen erityisen nautinnolliselle perheen tai ystävien lomalle!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with what we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the lights bright, the hosts easy to communicate with. The location allowed us to walk to the Seine and Louvre in one direction, and to the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur in the other. When we needed to go further, there was very easy access to the metro. Fabulous bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate shops are only steps away. With the windows open, there is quite a lot of street noise, even in the middle of the night. The portable AC units were very welcome, but also require venting through open windows. We were able to manage this to stay comfortable during some very warm July days. Many thanks to our hosts. I would absolutely stay there again!

Très bon emplacement, apartement moyen

L’emplacement est excellent avec plein de restaurants et boutiques tout alentour. Les chambres sont correctes, mais celle qui donne sur la rue est très bruyante. Les deux manquent d’espace de rangement. Le salon est confortable. La cuisine est minimaliste, donc ne comptez pas trop cuisiner.. Bon endroit pour visiter Paris mais peut-être pas en période de chaleur.

Great stay for a family of 5

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Amazing!

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

In the middle of Montmartre

The Appartement has a very pleasant charm you would expect from an old building in Paris. Check in is very easy. We had very good contact to the landlord and the manager. The Apartment is located directly at a very busy street in Montmarte. You will hear busses, delivery trucks etc. early in the Morning But you can reach countless restaurants and bars on foot.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Awesome time in just few days!

My family of 5 had a great time in Paris, even for just few days. The owner was timely communicating via emails, addressing our questions or concerns. No issue with the unit, except the showers head should be replaced with the one that can be adjusted downward so we can comfortably shower with the showers head being out on top without having the water splashing to the corner next to the sink. Thanks the owners for bringing in the portable AC. They were right on, the temperature was comfortable so we only needed to use the portable AC for one night. The host Emmanuelle was friendly and gave all information we needed when arriving. Checkin process was smooth and informative. There was a little bit of understanding of when we could check out, making us to rush with packing, but at the end it worked out for both sides, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, everything was great, especially it is being so close to an awesome pastry store, food market, good restaurants and shops. We ended up with enjoying authentic French cuisines at restaurants and also our own homemade foods which saved some money. We would definitely consider coming back to this place for future Paris visits.

Wonderful apartment with great location

This apartment was an amazing base for our family trip to Paris. There were 4 of us staying there, 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 year old. All of us were very comfortable and happy with the location. Right across the street is a wonderful stretch of indoor market shops that offer lots of shopping and eating opportunities. Especially the little bakery with wonderful Pan au Chocolat and Pan au Chocola Almond (amazing!!!) The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and many different major tourist activities. 100% will stay there again.

Perfect apartment in the Montmartre

The apartment is located on a bustling street that is full of locals and has everything you need-restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and brief walks to the Metro. We used the Metro to get to all over Paris with ease. Chartier restaurant is across the street but only go if the line isn’t long-the food isn’t that great but it’s an icon, so go if it’s not inconvenient. We had great communication with the owners and the property manager lives in the building. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hot disaster

Nice older building renovated. Perhaps one of the hottest weeks at the end of summer. A/C was advertised in the description. One portable unit in one bedroom that continuously malfunctioned. The temperature in the apartment was in the 80s and above for most of the week. We emailed the owner, but he explained that the laws kept them from adding A/C to the building. That wasn't the issue; the unit didn't work! The manager, who speaks English, wasn't present when we arrived. Her sister, who spoke little English, let us in. It appeared that the apartment hadn't been checked. Shampoo bottles were nearly empty, for example. A fan for the second bedroom was damaged and made difficult to use. Advertised as two bath, but the second was a tight shower alcove with a mini sink. The toilet in the complete bathroom was stained with rust. When we finally made contact with the manager, she came by and was very nice, acknowledging the problems. The owners seem like a decent couple, but these shortcomings should have been addressed before we arrived. As it was, we could have been harmed by the excessive heat. The primary reason we rented this property was because of it's having A/C, as we thought of the real possibility that the weather could be quite warm in early September.

Great property

The location of the apartment is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. As stated by other guests, since the apartment is located on a busy street it is a bit noisy but nothing dramatic. The size of the apartment was really good for our family of 4. The apartment is very cute. The only recommendation I could make is for the owner to leave more toiletries, I did had to go and buy a couple of things. Also the floors in the half bathroom could be cleaned better. Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed the charming apartment and the location. I would stay here again.

Great location

This was a nice spacious apartment for the 4 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing, Joelle really reached out to make sure everything was good. The air conditioning in the bedroom was great as well as the fans, we slept very well for the end of July. Metro was just down the block. Got to see all the major attractions without any problems. Thanks for a great stay!
