The Space:
Spacious, functional apartment, completely refurbished!It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.
The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2, TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with television and a sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 by 200),
- a bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

You'll have unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

NB: Facade renovation work is currently underway on the exterior of the building. These works, beyond our control, may cause some disturbances. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any requests for financial compensation related to this situation.

Arriving from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)? Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, transfer at Châtelet-Les Halles to Line 1 of the metro, and exit at Bastille station. Our property is just a short walk away!

From Gare du Nord Train Station, hop on Line 5 of the metro towards Place d'Italie, disembark at Bastille, and you're almost at our doorstep!

Prefer buses? Lines 20, 29, and 65 pass near our location. Alight at Bastille and follow your map to our property.

Opting for taxi or ride-sharing? Provide our address to the driver. It's about a 30-minute ride from CDG airport and 15 minutes from Gare du Nord.

Our location is conveniently close to metro stations like Bastille (Lines 1, 5, and 8) and Gare de Lyon (Lines 1 and 14), ensuring easy access to key parts of Paris.

For RER stations, Gare de Lyon (RER A and RER D) swiftly connects you to Châtelet, Disneyland Paris (RER A), and Stade de France (RER D).

Various bus lines, including 20, 29, 65, and 76, stop at Bastille/Opéra, providing access to different neighborhoods.

Explore Paris on two wheels with Vélib' stations nearby, or easily find designated taxi stands around Bastille and Gare de Lyon.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and high chair available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Baby linen not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in from 3:00 pm.
Early or late check-outs confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
€250 deposit required for property access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunded from 21 business days post-departure if no damages noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Construction inside building not our responsibility.

Internet Access:
Avoid unauthorized online activities; no responsibility for connection malfunctions.

Reservation Age Requirement:
Minimum age to book: 21. Under-21s allowed with adult; no refunds if rule not followed.
