The studio includes:
• A sleeping area: it features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, storage space, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• A bathroom: the room has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and soft towels.
Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.
• An open kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.
The apartment also includes practical laundry facilities: iron and ironing board.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
