The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming, completely renovated studio, located a stone's throw from Galeries Lafayette and Opéra! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.



The studio includes:

• A living space: has a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi access and storage space.

• A sleeping area: has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding as well as storage.

• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans…

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: Begins at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

Late Check-In: Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight for an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be done the next day starting at 9:30 AM.

Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated.

A concierge service will provide you with the details of an agent who will hand you the keys to the apartment. They will answer your questions about the apartment, how it works, and the neighborhood.



Security Deposit

A security deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise Policy: Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit.



Internet Etiquette

Avoid using the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Do not browse sites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet outages from telecommunications operators are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.



Professional Use and Photography

No photoshoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial use is allowed without prior approval. Contact us for rates and specific authorizations.



Age Requirement

Please note that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 will be accepted only in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
