We recommend this accommodation to people looking for an address, a good bed, and being able to take a shower. Here, it's simple and efficient.

Fabrice was very nice and explained everything very well. The only negative was that check-in wasn't possible until 12:00 pm and we had to pay to store our luggage at another location for three hours (our plane arrived at 7:00 am). The apartment was clean and provided everything that we needed while in Paris. It is very small, but it was a nice place to sleep and shower and that's all that we needed. If you are looking for a room with a view, this isn't it. There is no view. It was, however, located very close to both the Sebastopol metro station and the Arts de Metier metro station, so transportation was simple. It is also located next door to a grocery store. The one concern I had with the apartment was that you had to use the key to unlock the door from the inside in order to exit. In a case of emergency this could have been an issue so I always left the key in the lock when we were inside the residence - just in case we needed a quick emergency exit.

Clean and closed to Metro stations. A lot of restaurants around. The place is small but perfect for our stay. What I like most is it’s on the ground floor. No stairs!

A well located accommodation with plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. The apartment had everything we needed for a self-catered holiday. Only complaint was that the inner courtyard was a bit noisy at times.

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment! Whilst it is small, it was a perfect size for the two of us, especially as we spent most of the day out exploring. The location is excellent and provides the perfect base for seeing the city. The space has been designed very efficiently, the only thing we noted was that you could hear the residents upstairs but as we were on the ground floor that was to be expected and it didn’t hinder our stay. Check in was super quick and easy. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend :)

Kitchen is minimal but I didn't need more. Washer worked very well, and there is a drying rack. The drop-down bed is wide and comfortable, but in such a tiny space that I cut my leg twice getting around it. The studio is quiet at night, despite the activity in the area, caused in part by the dozens of small Asian restaurants all around.

Check in was very unwelcoming as our train was 2 1/2 hours delayed by an accident which caused us to arrive 45 minutes after the curfew of 8:00. So we were charged 80 E extra. We stayed 5 nights and had no other issues.It was fun to see how every space was well utilized. Kitchen was well stocked. Even had a blow dryer. Washer worked. The bed was a bit saggy. Location was absolutely great and we walked all over Paris from there, including to the Eiffel tower. Great restaurants near by including getting baguettes from the Ernest and Valentin just down the street.We had a bad start to our stay but ended up really enjoying the atmosphere of Paris and our cozy room.

Netter Service beim einchecken. Kurz, knapp und präzise - toll! Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet. Hat alles was es braucht. Selbst Geschirrhandtuch und Spüli sind da. Auschecken simpel und reibungslos. Metro Station ganz in der Nähe. Ggf selbst aus dem Metroplan suchen - google maps hat diese nicht immer angezeigt...Gegenüber rin kleines, süsses cafe (2 warme Getränke und 2 croissonts für insg 13.50 - ein super Preis für Paris!). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) gleich um die Ecke

This place is such an excellent value in a perfect location. My partner and I stayed for five nights, and it was comfortable for us with everything we needed. Check-in was simple, and Jean Pierre met us there to let us in— he was very friendly and made some good suggestions about museums to visit. The apartment is a short and fun walk from Les Halles, Iles St Louis/Notre Dame, and all of the great shopping/dining in Marais. It’s also very close to the Metro. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The agent and their team were excellent communicators. They were also flexible with our check-in time. The location was excellent, less than a mile to many sites (Notre Dame, historic sites and architectural areas, and excellent cafes). Highly recommend staying here!

Struttura completa di ogni servizio, pulita, silenziosa, divano letto comodo confortevole, cucina super accessoriata. Doccia grande comoda, la stanza rimane fresca tutto il giorno, non abbiamo mai avuto necessità di adoperare il ventilatore anzi la notte ci coprivamo con la coperta piumino. Fuori ci sono locali di ogni tipo dove poter fare colazione , pranzare/cenare , aperitivo, diversi supermercati dove fare la spesa. La struttura si trova vicino anche alla metro rer, vicino al Louvre, Notre Dame. Consigliata.

The property was perfect. Quiet, great location, walking distance to all things Paris. While the place may list as 'small' there is everything you would need to make a visit comfortable. My husband and I stayed 7 nights.

This properties was at the best area in Paris. We walked around the area super late a night and felt very safe. The location is definitely the best part of the stay. The cleanliness could use a little more work, but nothing that we couldn’t stand. It was affordable. Easy to get around.

Very central location, tiny apartment just big enough for two. there was a store just outside the building and plenty of nearby restaurants. a short walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. we had a bit of trouble with check in due to a lost phone and lost contact info. the owners werent very helpful but Expediamassistance finallyput us in contact just in time

Great place Nice location

The place was very nice. It was a small apartment, but perfect size for my daughter and I. The location was nice, about a 10 minute walk from major areas. We took the metro to get to the main areas (Eiffel tower) but otherwise notre dame was walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed the place and would recommend it!
