Excellent location and great apartment. A major building renovation was going on (all work took place during the day and was not a nuisance at all though). The apartment itself is up 2 flights of stairs. It was very clean and recently updated. The neighbors and building crew were all friendly to us. This was a new listing when we booked it and it lacked a coffee maker (we went to the cafe right next to the building) and a hair dryer (we purchased one and left it behind) but there were plenty of linens, dishes, and cookware. It is a wonderfully walkable area with lots of shops, restaurants, and a convenient metro station to get anywhere in town. We would stay here again if we return to Paris!

Hyvää: Sisäänkirjautuminen, viestintä, sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
Positives:-Loved the location, between 2 great streets with restaurants/shops/Aldi.-Multiple transit stations within .5 mile.-Unit easy for 2 people to stay, toilet separate from shower/sink. Closet space, hangers, dishes etc were adequate.-There is still a hairdryer there from a previous guest who left it, but no steamer or iron. We left an ice cube tray (for our fellow americans)-Has coffee maker and kettle.-Building very quiet (expect for the construction that was not disclosed)Not so great:-Check in was a little tough, waited for someone to meet us, but was not familiar with property. Said we would be sent additional information which we never received, so felt like we were hounding them for info like the door code, internet password, check out info etc. -Shower-Very different. We struggled to get any help from the host regarding how to use it. For fellow travelers, you GRAB THE WHOLE FAUCET and turn the FAUCET to the right! We went through a whole day of little to no response, then the only information we were given was to "pull a stopper" ChatGPT came to the rescue in regard to info on turning the whole faucet...there is no stopper.-Construction-The building is under a lot of construction with scaffolding. This was not disclosed. Noisy and dusty/dirty. All surfaces in unit had to be wiped down from the dust. Unit could have used a good cleaning just prior to arrival.-Pillows not great, brought ownNow, knowing what to expect, we would stay again! Thanks!
