Issues with cleaning
We stayed at this hotel for six nights. We had the compact 3-person room with a bunk bed. The room was clean all right but for some reason the cleaners (who did the cleaning every day) never made the bunk bead. There were also many tiny annoyances with the cleanliness like one of the pillows did not have a pillow case when we arrived, we had to go to the front desk on three different occasions to ask more towels (they knew three people were staying but took all three towels during the cleaning and left one clean one?!) and toilet paper rolls. The location was nice and close to the convention centre but there was not much more around, I'm going to stay at some place else next time. When we arrived the service at the front desk was quite unfriendly, also the free wi-fi was a joke the connection was so poor.
