The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this studio designed to accommodate up to two guests, overlooking the courtyard. Whether you're traveling with friends or on business, it offers a quiet and pleasant setting—completely renovated and ideally located in Paris.



The studio includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, storage space, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A bathroom: the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and soft towels.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with a microwave, stove, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to prepare your meals.

The apartment also includes convenient laundry facilities: iron and ironing board.

• A dining area: dining table and chairs

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in starts from 2:00 pm.

For early or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A €150 deposit is required for access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deposit deductions.

Please be mindful of any ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Minimum Age Requirement

Reservation age minimum is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement, failing which no refunds will be accepted.
