No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, the owner took the reviews in consideration and therefore added portable air conditioning units in both bedrooms, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use.  The bed in the second bedroom is a trundle bed. There is a small raised step up to the dining area. The apartment is on the 13th floor and can be accessed by a lift.
