Perfect Location

For us Americans a bit more detail on checking in … 4 locked doors with 1 code and 3 keys, and info on how appliances or equipment works. The unit I was in the door was “on the stairs”, but nothing about it being behind another door. The instructions said between 1 & 2, but I would think its more between 2 & 3, with 1 being the ground floor. I never did get the Nespresso i wanted, and I never got the TV to show anything in English.

Mutual special birthday for my Son and me- this cozy apartment far exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location- walking distance to all the sites in Paris on our bucket list. A well equipped kitchen loaded with every utensil and herb I use at home. Two bathrooms- one shower and sink the other had a toilet- very convenient and provided with many hair and body lotions. To our delight the elevator was functioning well. The neighbors were friendly. The Wifi worked well. So close to many grocery stores.No language barrier. People were very helpful and friendly.First time we used Uber- way to go! This was an ideal vacation and would recommend this VRBO delightful apartment. We made unforgettable memories. Most of all we always felt safe. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect Location

It was a perfect location! It was my gift to my grand daughter from High School and College. We could walk to many of the locations that we wanted to visit. So close to great to shopping, wonderful food locations as well as walking along the Seine. Would stay there again. The staff were so lovely.

This property has great location. Walking distance to metro, notre dame, lourve but property was not clean for my standard with poor ventilation.

Paris for our 20th Anniversary

The location of this property was great. However, there are many doors and many stairs between for you to manage between the ground level and the room itself. I tried using the very old elevator once, and I got stuck in it - it wouldn't open when I got to the second floor. I had to go back down to the ground floor to get out? Don't take the elevator! The TV setup was all in French, not surprising, but also not convenient for those of us unfamiliar with the language. Also, there was no window either for the room if you wanted to open up to get some fresh air. You will save some money by selecting this VRBO, but if you are looking for convenience and better amenities - then you should look elsewhere.

Très bien situé

Le Vintage est très bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs des plus beaux monuments de Paris, d’une épicerie, des restaurants, etc. Tout peut se faire à pieds. L’appartement est de dimension respectable, du moins assez grand pour 2 personnes, mais pas plus. Nous y avons séjourné 13 jours et dans ce contexte, il manquait de linge de maison, torchons, serviettes. L’aspect le plus négatif est que l’appartement est très sombre, les fenêtres étant rendues aveugles, car givrées. Le lit qu’on disait confortable dans les autres commentaires, commence à souffrir des nombreuses personnes qui y ont dormi. Il est encore correct, mais … Au final, c’était correct comme endroit.

Great location...

...and the apartment is quite stuffy. There is only one window, in the bathroom and poor air flow. It was warm when visited but not downright hot. If it was hot, I think apt would not have worked at all. We reached out to the owner who kindly purchased a fan and had a tech look at the AC. Tough to get a good night sleep. Probably if not staying in the summer it is fine.

Property was double booked, it was unavailable at arrival. I tried contacting the owner (person of contact) a few days before checking in, he never got back to me. When we tried checking in, he just told me that he didn’t have my reservation booked, that he did have my information, but not the room available.

Listing is full of errors/lies. Landlord is horrible and unresponsive.

Air conditioned? Yes there is one there—but it didn’t work any of the 8 days we were there. The owner supposedly came by once on the second day and said it worked. The apartment was 32 degrees C or 90 degrees F. No windows to open, just 3 tiny transoms. Impossible to sleep. Never returned another phone call or text. Miserable. They didn’t care as long as they got their money. Wouldn’t even bring a fan and we weren’t able to find one at a local store but we were unfamiliar with the area as we were there on VACATION. They were supposed to provide us with the apartment as described. One of the main reasons we rented it was it was AIR CONDITIONED! What they provided was bare minimum: queen size bed NOT a king size bed (as listed). One towel/person for the 8 days. Since the air conditioner was not working frequent showers were required. Damp towels are great! Not a piece of paper to write a note on..not a pencil…good thing we brought our own corkscrew! The people above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. They came home about 2 am. Didn’t really matter since it was too hot to sleep but it was annoying. How do you justify renting a place with a broken air conditioner and do absolutely nothing about it. You have ruined our vacation and did NOTHING. The apartment next door had wonderful air conditioning so it is possible. We have stayed at VRBO apartments and homes in the US and Europe. This is the worse.

Perfect Location

The managers warmly welcomed us to Paris and the apartment. We had everything we needed including linens, pots/pans/utensils, Wifi access and a refrigerator. The location is an easy walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre, a central metro and the shopping district of Les Halles. The St. Germaine area has wonderful galleries and boulangeries. It’s also a 20 minute walk to the gorgeous Jardin du Luxembourg. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great Location!!

Great location!! Within walking distance to many of the museums and other points of interest, shopping and restaurants. Metro station just down the street. This apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious for a studio. Loved having the kitchenette!! Would stay here again!

Fantastic location for the center of Paris

The location of the property was great for a Paris vacation. Right across the street from the Seine River at Pont Neuf without any road noise. Just a short walk to Notre Dame, great restaurants in the Latin Quarter, close to St Chappel,Seine river cruises, excellent access to the train to Versailles and good access to the airport. The hosts were very nice and were able to communicate with us English speakers. Nice, clean, and newly renovated unit with a very comfortable king bed. This unit just has the one bed but they have other units in the building and are refurbishing other units. The location is in an old building with stair access as well as a quaint old style elevator. My wife and I had a great stay in Paris.

Absolutely WONDERFUL

It was my second time staying at Studio Le Vintage and it's the perfect little apartment for any short term stay. I was in Paris for almost two weeks and this apartment is perfectly situated, close to the Louvre, close to the Notre Dame cathedral and loads of great restaurants. Check-in and check-out were handled with the utmost efficiency and the apartment was perfectly clean with every stay. Thank you/Merci!

Xmas 2018 pre cruise stay

The property was small but clean, comfortable and within walking distance of grocery stores and most major sites and many restaurants. Very secure. Property manager Gerard was very friendly and helpful especially with our missing luggage situation. Was always there on time for check in, check out and luggage delivery. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the property for 1 or 2 people. Would have been helpful to have a telephone and an oven.

Great location perfect for my wife and I.

Very small with no windows but my wife got the sleep she needed. Very nice. Gerald was very helpful but his English is limited... he tried very hard and we adored him. Very clean place in the Latin Quarter. Great clubs, and a corner crepe stands to die for.
