    The Space:

    Welcome to our 70 m² apartment, located on the ground floor of a courtyard in a beautiful, quiet, and secure Parisian building.



    It is laid out as follows for your utmost comfort:



    - 1 living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi

    - 1 open-plan kitchen with a central island and a fully equipped dining area: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washer-dryer.



    - 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds



    - 3 bathrooms with shower and sink (no toilet)

    - 1 separate toilet



    The apartment is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.



    The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and the apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure a spotless space upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. Location to the Metro was wonderful. having 3 separate showers was a great perk. To get back and forth from the main street at night, be sure and use the flashlight on your phone or bring along a mini flashlight.

Short visit to Paris

We were there for 3 days. Host was very responsive and attentive. Location was nice, but by train station so we heard the subway when sleeping, but we got used to it. Rooms were spacious and clean. There are 3 nice showers, only 1 toilet so that was a little inconvenient with little kids. Otherwise a nice place and would recommend

Good location for walking and Metro access. Having only one toilet was inconvenient with 4 adults. Having 3 showers was great and they worked well. Very minimal soap, shampoo provided. The living room furniture is worn and needs updating. We used the living room daily as a nice gathering area for our family. There is a constant subway noise in the flat. The description said there was a courtyard which is not true. The unit felt very safe despite having to walk down a dark alley to get to it. Definitely need a flashlight. There were no kitchen towels so we had to use our hand towel from the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and there was adequate storage in the bedrooms.Overall we were comfortable, but for the high rental price I expected more. We paid extra for early arrival and were met almost immediately to be let in.

Property is nice, but over-priced.

The property is glitzy, with gold touches everywhere. BUT, it falls short in amenities. The kitchen is understocked (no salt/pepper,spices, napkins, dish towels, cleaning supplies, lids on cookware, garbage bags - just1 extra provided.) We could not find the wine bottle opener. There was only 1 roll of paper towels and a leaky coffeemaker. We had to use bath towels to clean things up. The property should not expect customers to have go buy the basics, especially for short stays. We paid roughly US$2000 for 3 nights, expecting more. The facility offers 3 bathrooms, which it has, but we thought we would have more than one WC. It should provide a manual for how to use TV control remotes and cable, and even the washing machine. (A video is offered, but it is awkard to access and some people like to read! Having stayed in other properties in Paris, I believe this one falls short on value vs. price. Also, charging 100 euros for an 2 hour earlier check-in (2 hours is absurd when already spending almost $2000! One can find better values in Paris.
