Additional information: The studio is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The bed is a double sofa bed in the living area. Once opened, it takes up almost all the space and you have to climb over the bed to reach the window or the toilet, which may bother guests looking for a proper bedroom.
* The studio is on the 1st floor, on the street side, near a café. Street noise can be heard inside, especially in the evening, which may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, close to Rambuteau and Hôtel de Ville metro stations, in a very clean studio served by a lift, with an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
