Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs:

Living room: A spacious and welcoming living room with two double sofa beds, a TV and a beautiful dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Rooms: Three modern, elegant rooms, each equipped with a TV and a small dressing room. One of the rooms also has a private bathroom.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with showers, accompanied by a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo. A hairdryer is also available. One of the bathrooms adjoins a bedroom for added privacy.

Toilets : Two toilets, one integrated into a bathroom and the other independent, for greater convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor. Please note that work is currently underway in the building, which may generate some noise pollution during the day.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

The location is ideal! The apartment itself was quiet and private but just a few steps from a bustling neighborhood. We had a few issues with plumbing that made one of the bathrooms not usable and the pull out beds have seen better days. It would have been helpful to have a frying pan, too, to make a few meals for our family. Overall, it was a great apartment that allowed our family to explore Paris with ease!
