Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilets: Two toilets in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Important information: The Saint-Denis Street, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the area, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, the area is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood. Please note that work is currently underway in the building, which may generate some noise pollution during the day.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
