* The apartment is on the top floor, under the roof, and is not air-conditioned. In summer and during heatwaves it can get very hot inside, including at night; if you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), in a bright, spacious 55 m² (592 sq ft) apartment with a lift that opens directly into the apartment, a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

Located in the 17th arrondissement, just steps from Place de Clichy, the apartment sits where four arrondissements meet, in a lively area full of restaurants, cafés and shops.

Just a few minutes' walk away, the Batignolles district will charm you with its village atmosphere, its garden square, its markets and its lively little streets.

On the other side of the square, Boulevard de Clichy leads to the Moulin Rouge and the foot of the Montmartre hill, with its narrow streets, Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica.

For shopping, the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann are easy to reach by metro.
