Stay in this perfectly appointed apartment, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay:

Living room: convertible double sofa bed, and TV . A cosy space where you can relax after your visits.

Kitchenette: Equipped with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Perfect for preparing meals just like at home.

Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed and quality bed linen, offering optimal resting space.

Bathroom: A bathroom with integrated toilet, for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi included. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room which, once opened, leaves just enough room to walk to the bathroom and the bedroom. The space then becomes tight for four adults.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building's elevator is very small, which is inconvenient with large suitcases.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), between Batignolles and Montmartre, in an apartment with a separate bedroom and a washing machine, whose windows look onto a courtyard, away from the street.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
