On the 1st floor, you'll find:

Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments.

Bedroom: A convivial room with a double bed for a wonderful night's sleep.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer.

WC: A separate WC for added convenience.

In the souplex, you'll find :

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available for your gourmet moments.

Bedrooms: Two cosy bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and TVs for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: 3 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, freezer, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Perfect location

We loved the apartment and the location, but renters should be aware that the kitchen and two bedrooms are downstairs. There is a living room, eating area, toilet room, and one bedroom with shower on the entry level, which is right off the street. We had a hard time finding the apartment on google maps as there are 2 doors with the street number. This apartment is on the corner and looks like a storefront.The agency was very responsive and helpful. We did not have to do anything when we checked out except take our belongings. The apartment is between Blvd St. Germaine and the Seine, across the river from Ile St. Louis. Perfect for morning strolls, lots of restaurants nearby, but also very quiet.
