The living room, bathed in natural light, offers a comfortable double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed. You will also find a television and a table for sharing meals or relaxing after your visits.

The modern kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and all the dishes you need to prepare your meals just like at home.

The bathroom is comfortable and has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and essentials (shower gel, shampoo, towels).

Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building without elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 25 m² (269 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, the open sofa bed takes up almost the whole living room, which also holds the double bed, and there is very little room to move around. The kitchen and dining area are small, which can be inconvenient for families and groups of four.
* Sound insulation with the neighbouring apartment is limited. Noise from the apartment next door, especially from its bathroom, can be heard inside, which can disturb light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a pleasant residential area of Vincennes, close to Château de Vincennes metro station (line 1) and the RER A, with very comfortable bedding and a lovely bathroom with a large shower.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Check-in is fully autonomous thanks to an arrival guide that will be sent to you via message 24 hours before your arrival.
