Living room: A cosy space with sofa, TV and marble coffee table. The perfect place to spend convivial moments.

Kitchen: Open, fully-equipped kitchen with hob, extractor hood, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Bedroom: A cosy, elegant bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful TV. A single bed is also available, close to the master bedroom.

Bathroom: A modern marble bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer.

Toilet: A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure building without elevator.

* Sound insulation in the building is limited. Neighbours coming and going and other building noise can be heard in the apartment, including late in the evening. Light sleepers may be bothered.
* The apartment has no dining table or chairs. The living room has a sofa and a coffee table, which can be inconvenient if you plan to eat your meals at home.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, surrounded by shops and restaurants, in a 40 m² (431 sq ft) air-conditioned apartment with a marble bathroom and a large shower.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
