Upon entering into this 2BDR/ 613 sqft / 57 sqm apartment you will be greeted all around by large bay windows facing the Seine view and bathing all the rooms in lots of light. The living area has a sofa and flat screen smart TV. Separate from this area you will find the convenient kitchenette equipped with a two-ring stove, microwave and a full-size fridge.

The master bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage space plus a smart TV, while the second bedroom makes a great space to work with a single bed. There is also lots of closet space with a washing machine. This unit has a bathroom which is accessible either from the entry hall or the main bedroom making a large shower for your relax.

The Neighborhood:

The 15th arrondissement is one of the 20 districts of Paris, which are known as ‘arrondissements’ in French. This area is in the ‘Rive Gauche’ (left bank) and is in the Southernmost region of Paris proper. It is most famous for being a largely residential district and is home to around 240,000 residents. The area is known locally as Vaugirard thanks to one of the main boulevards which cuts its way through the heart of the neighbourhood. As a primarily neighbourhood area of Paris, the district boasts plenty of wonderful boulangeries, markets, and restaurants. Also lies in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower (7th arrondissement) and boasts attractions such as Tour Montparnasse, boat bars, and a handful of secret museums



Getting Around:

The surrounding area is family oriented and calm. There is the large shopping area of Beaugrenelle within a five minute walk and many restaurants to choose from. This is the perfect home away from home for your next business trip to Paris!

Javel metro station is at the ground of the building, plus 300M away you will have a speed regional train station.
