”Everything at the Jaxon was pleasant with exception of management communication and description of sleeping arrangement.

”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager.

”The staff were so friendly! The check in was easy and the property was in a good location. I booked this based off of reviews that the rooms were clean and unfortunately we didn't get a clean one. I was tired after driving all day so we just dealt with it but wish my experience matched the other recent reviews. For $200, would have liked towels without hair and a clean shower.
