”I booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadn’t prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later I’m still waiting.”

”House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,...

”Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. Will be going back for sure. ”

”Very clean room and breakfast lovely, hot, high quality bacon,sausage etc . Pets welcome in the bar area only Mattress too firm for our choice but this personal to each person . Nice touch of bottled water , various selection of small soaps, shampoo etc and choc biscuits in room . Very busy Friday night for eating so understandably bit of a wait find our table and take orders . Great food and beers ! ”

”Omg where do I start! This hotel is amazing. So clean so friendly. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much. I brought my partner here to propose to her. There is a beautiful little cabin that they decorate and you can add stuff like chocolate covered strawberries, which are to die for. Also added a bottle of Prosecco which is in an ice bucket and placed just before the time you agree to use it from. ”Room was spotless and amazing, definitely one of our new favourite places to stay. Check in smooth and quick, welcome drink provided while they went through everything. Stay were warm, welcoming and friendly. The in room massage was great. ”
